We recommend booking 9–18 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May–October). Popular dates fill quickly, so the sooner you inquire, the better!

Simply submit an inquiry through our website. Once we receive your details, we’ll create a custom quote and contract for you. Your date is officially reserved once the contract is signed and the non-refundable retainer is paid.

No. Dates are not secured until both the signed contract and retainer are received. Quotes do not hold dates.

Yes! We offer thoughtfully curated bridal packages designed to suit different needs and levels of luxury. Package details will be shared with you during the booking process, and upgrades are always available. Alternatively, you can see package options on our pricing page.

Yes, and they are highly recommended. Bridal previews allow us to perfect your look ahead of time and ensure your wedding morning runs smoothly. Trials are booked separately and are subject to availability. We do not book trials on weekends.

We typically recommend booking your preview 2–4 months before your wedding, once you’ve finalized your dress and overall vision.

Any service changes or schedule adjustments must be communicated in advance and approved by Magnificent Makeup. Changes requested close to the wedding date may not be accommodated.

We do our best to accommodate artist requests; however, artist selection is not guaranteed unless bridal package is booked with select artist. All Magnificent Makeup artists are professionally trained and uphold the same high standards of quality and professionalism.

Minimums may apply depending on the date, location, and time of year. This will be outlined in your custom quote.For peak weekend weddings, we do have a minimum of four services.

Absolutely! We’re happy to include moms and additional family members. Flower girl makeup is typically a light, age-appropriate application.

The final service count should be confirmed prior to your wedding date. Last-minute reductions may still be subject to the originally quoted minimum.

Yes! We are a mobile makeup team and travel throughout Ontario and beyond. We also book Destination Weddings!

Yes. Travel is calculated per kilometre from our base location. Any parking, valet, or accommodation fees (if required) are the responsibility of the client.

Yes — destination weddings are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire for availability and custom travel pricing.

We use a curated mix of high-end and professional makeup brands chosen for performance, longevity, and photography. Products are selected based on skin type, tone, and desired finish.

Yes, please disclose any allergies or sensitivities on your intake form. While we take every precaution, Magnificent Makeup is not responsible for allergic reactions.

Airbrush makeup is available as an optional upgrade, subject to availability.

Your makeup timeline is created based on your bridal intake form, and the accuracy is very important for us to schedule properly. We create the schedule based on the number of services, ceremony time, getting ready location and artist schedule and time needed. Once finalized, the schedule is considered confirmed.

We ask that everyone be ready at their scheduled start time. Delays caused by the bridal party may impact the final look or require adjustments. Early start fees may apply when necessary.

Touch-up services can be added as an optional upgrade. Otherwise, touch-ups are completed at the end of each service.

Accepted payment methods are via credit card/debit or E-Transfer. All balances must be paid by the date specified in your contract.

No. All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable, as they secure your wedding date.

Start times are finalized once your schedule is confirmed. Requests to change start times must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability and additional fees if applicable.

We allow a short grace period, but delays may impact the schedule. If services run behind due to late arrivals, Magnificent Makeup may need to adjust or shorten services to ensure we finish on time. Refunds are not provided for delays caused by the client or bridal party.

All services, retainers, and payments are non-refundable. This includes cancellations, no-shows, or dissatisfaction after services are completed.

The original minimum and quoted total still apply. Reductions made close to the event date may not result in a price adjustment, although we do recommend finding someone who may be able to fill the spot!
